Pre-care for Eyebrow

Am I a good candidate?

24 hours before | avoid ALL BLOOD THINNERS: alcohol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, caffeine, coffee, milk tea, smoking, niacin, Vitamin E, fish oil, etc. Tylenol is ok. As they might affect the result for 60% - 90%, i.e. very likely to bleed during the procedure; pigment won’t stay; affect the healing process.

Chemical and laser peel should be avoided no less than 2 weeks prior to the procedure.

Discontinue brow growth serum, it can cause sensitivity/affect pigment.

Botox, Retin-A, AHA products and retinoids should be avoided for 1 weeks prior to the procedure.

Our services are not for you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The last breastfeeding has to be at least 45 days prior to your appointment.

If you are prone to cold sores:

          - Contact your physician to obtain a prescription-strength anti-viral medication. Inform them of your decision to have permanent cosmetics applied to your lips. You can also take Lysine which is an off the counter supplement.

         - Start the anti-viral medication 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

         - continue to take this medication until you are completely done healing.

There’s no way to avoid getting cold sores other than taking the prescribed medication prior to the appointment.
